This marks my inaugural participation in the #AtoZChallenge for bloggers. Commencing on April 1st, readers will encounter daily posts (excluding Sundays) centered around my One Place Study of Cuckfield.
Each post will delve into the rich tapestry of people, places, events, local history, and family heritage associated with Cuckfield in the county of Sussex, England.
Throughout the month, we will navigate the alphabet, embarking on a journey from A on the 1st to Z on the 30th. Brace yourselves! I anticipate that the more challenging letters will prompt both your creativity in conjuring blog ideas I might use and my own quest to find intriguing content for you.
Once the event concludes, I may pen a reflective post.
I hope you find the posts enjoyable and informative and please, do comment and follow my blog and visit my website, Cuckfield Compendium
I shall be tweeting these on X (also known as Twitter).
I look forward to following along. Some of my husband's forebears came from Cuckfield.
ReplyDeleteI am still in the early stages of my one place study about the village of Whitmore in Staffordshire but am also writing about it this year

Do let me know if I can help with the Cuckfield connection.
DeleteI'm looking forward to reading more about Cuckfield during the challenge. I must say also that I love reading the reflective posts at the end. I always write one. I have followed so I don't miss out on anything.

I am now following you so that I can see where this journey leads you. Shall no doubt also look at previous year's challenges you have done.
DeleteSounds exciting! One of my one place study's influential people was born and brought up in Cuckfield, and 'worked' there for a few years before moving on. I'm doing the A-Z challenge too, so maybe we'll be connecting!! Good luck with it!
ReplyDeleteI follow you on Twitter but shall now follow here too.
DeleteWelcome to the challenge! :-)
